Assembly Candidate Susan Bonilla (AD-11) Reaches $100,000 Milestone
in Money Raised for June 2010 Primary Campaign

Concord, CA — Susan Bonilla, candidate for Assembly in District 11, today announced that she has raised $100,000 for the June 2010 primary campaign. The majority of the money raised has come from donors in the district.

In addition to this fundraising milestone, Bonilla has secured many high profile endorsements, including current AD-11 Assemblyman Tom Torlakson, Assemblywoman Fiona Ma, Assemblywoman Mary Hayashi, Senator Mark DeSaulnier, former State Superintendent of Public Instruction Delaine Eastin, many local elected officials and local labor. Bonilla currently serves as Chair of the Contra Costa Board of Supervisors, District IV. Prior to her election to the Board, Bonilla was on the Concord City Council and taught high school English in the Mt. Diablo Unified School District.
